วิทยาลัยอาชีวศึกษาภาวนาโพธิคุณ The school was established with the initiative of The Royal Palace of Bodhigun by the Abbot of Wat Thannam Lai (Mokkha Phlaram Park). It organizes teaching and learning at the vocational level according to the guidelines of the Buddha, teaching Dharma along with professional teaching. All students perform morning and evening rituals, including prayers, meditation, and listening to the Dharma. Five images of Lent are stationed at the ashram in the college, teaching Dharma to students every day.

The college embraces the royal philosophy of "Sufficiency Economy" to train and inoculate students to adhere to the practice seriously, working together to farm rice, grow vegetables, raise egg laying hens, raise fish, grow mushrooms, grow medicinal plants, and manage the college's hostel. Research from universities and research agencies in the Ministry of Education are used in teaching students. The college is used as a learning center for Sufficient Economy and as an operational base for transferring knowledge to the local people, and the preservation, continuation and extension of the royal resolution of His Majesty the King, Maha Bhumibol Chadulyadej the Great. This effort is beneficial in raising the economic status of the Thai people's families in accordance with the BCG economic approach, which is a national strategy.
